I don’t reblog that often … but truf is truf haha

Um…unfortunately this is true. VERY TRUE. My family hates me for constantly talking about it.

Me…this morning. Actually…me everyday.

I was dead from doing so much last night, but I am  happy I went today. I ended up doing my workout at 8 am BEFORE work instead of after, and I liked it. It’s getting hotter here…so I have a feeling Ill be going at 8 A LOT during the summer.

I am not looking forward to tomorrow’s WOD. Saturday WOD’s are always tough in general…for a reason I don’t know…but tomorrow is going to be even tougher since it’s Memorial Day weekend. Ugh. 1 mile run, 100 pull ups, 200 push ups, 300 squats, and 1 mile run. Sounds fun, huh?

If anyone has any suggestions for tomorrow’s WOD on how to get through it…I’d looooooooooooove to hear them.

Warm Up
3 Minutes Double Unders
40 Walking Lunges
20 Supermans(2 second hold)

Strength/Skill
Back Squat
3-3-3-3-3
Back squatted 125 lbs

WOD

18 Deadlifts
400m Run
15 Deadlifts
400m Run
12 Deadlifts
400m Run

I used 100 lbs for my deadlift. Went a little lighter than usual because my back is still messed up.

Time- 13:02 (was trying to get in the 12s, but didn’t. SO close!

Afterwards, I ended up staying to do 5 sets of 5 dips, 30 power snatches/squat snatches, and rowed 2,000 meters.

Power snatch I got up to 75 lbs. Was trying to get to 80 lbs, but we ended up switching to doing squat snatches. Squat snatches are HARD! Trying to land a snatch in a squat is just an awkward thing. I lifted 60 lbs and towards the ended I was actually landing it in a squat position! :)

True that.

True that.
